CAR Cell In Vitro Analysis

BCMA CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human BCMA μBeads (MBS-C004) for 24 h , and cell-free supernatants were harvested for evaluating IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6 secretion by flow cytomtry. The results showed that BCMA CAR-T cells released significantly larger amounts of IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6 into the supernatants in response to BCMA μBeads.
