This product is stable after storage at:
- -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
- -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA
Immobilized Human FOLR1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. FO1-H5253) at 1 μg/mL, add Farletuzumab Ecteribulin and then add Biotinylated Rabbit Anti-Eribulin Antibody, Rabbit IgG (1M1G11) (Cat. No. ERN-BMY12b) at 0.05 μg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (Acro, Cat. No. STN-NH913) (QC tested).
Protocol
Immobilized Human FOLR1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. FO1-H5253) at 1 μg/mL, add Farletuzumab Ecteribulin in the 100% Human Serum and then add Biotinylated Rabbit Anti-Eribulin Antibody, Rabbit IgG (1M1G11) (Cat. No. ERN-BMY12b) at 0.05 μg/mL (QC tested).
