蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

No. TN7-H82F6) binding reactions. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 0.42856 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
